Terry Van Der Heyden, O.D.

Dr. Terry Van Der Heyden has been in practice in Naples, Florida since 1972. He obtained his Optometric Doctor degree from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. He specializes in the fitting of contact lenses. The practice is a primary care optometry office and services all members of the family from young to old.

Dr. Van Der Heyden has received advanced training in many areas of optometry practice including contact lens fitting as well as cataract surgery follow up and diseases of the eye.

The practice currently acccepts many medical insurance and vision plans. Consult your insurance company to see if the practice is a provider for your plan.

Bill is the Optician for the practice. He has many years of optical experience and can help in the selection of frames and lenses to compliment your style. The optical area carries many designer name fashion frames as well as quality name brands in the industry.

Stephanie is the Optometric Assistant for the practice. She will assist you in making appointments and answering  your questions concerning glasses and contact lenses.  She can also take orders for contact lenses.  She will greet you for your appointment and perform some of the preliminary testing before Dr. Van Der Heyden sees you for the exam.
